## Two ways to get listed

Pick the path that matches whether you are an Aida customer. Both go through platform review.

Aida customers

### Request an automatic sync

If your company and product data already lives on the Aida site, request a sync into your online showroom instead of re-entering it.

1. 01Submit a sync request with your Aida account details
2. 02We verify the legal entity and authorisation
3. 03Company and product records are synced
4. 04Showroom goes live once approved

Synced content still goes through review; you can add showcase assets while it is in progress.

Other companies

### Submit your own listing

Companies not using Aida can enter their details directly, complete the core profile and products, then submit for review.

1. 01Enter company basics and contact details
2. 02Upload the business licence and certifications
3. 03Add main products and key specifications
4. 04Showroom goes live once approved

The baseline showcase is free; membership can be upgraded later as needed.
